A. Who we are

eSiMAZE is operated by eSIMAZE LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17013914). Our full company details are set out in our Privacy Policy. You can contact us at support@esimaze.com.

B. What we sell

eSiMAZE sells travel eSIM data products and related account tools. eSIMAZE LTD is your seller and your point of contact for support, service issues, and refunds on any purchase made through esimaze.com. Connectivity is delivered over third-party mobile networks, so coverage, supported networks, speeds, and fair-use limits depend on the package you buy and on local network conditions.

Pricing, checkout, support, and refunds for your purchase are governed by these Terms and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Your use of the connectivity is also subject to the acceptable-use and fair-use requirements described in these Terms. Nothing here removes any mandatory consumer right you hold against eSIMAZE LTD.

C. Eligibility and accounts

• You must provide accurate and current account and billing information.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and account access secure.
• You must use the service lawfully and in line with these Terms.
• We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably suspect fraud, security abuse, or a violation of these Terms. This does not remove any statutory rights you hold as a consumer.

D. Device compatibility

To use an eSiMAZE product, your device must be eSIM-compatible and network/carrier unlocked. Compatibility depends on your device model, software version, and your home carrier's settings. Please check Device Compatibility before you buy. eSiMAZE cannot guarantee that an incompatible or locked device will be able to use a purchased eSIM.

E. Product information

• Coverage, supported destinations, and supported networks vary by package.
• 3G, 4G, and 5G availability depends on the destination and the local network operator.
• Speeds are not guaranteed and can be affected by network congestion, local network management, and other factors outside our control.
• Package validity periods and data allowances differ by product; check the product page before purchase.

F. Activation

Activation behaviour is not identical across all products. Depending on the package, an eSIM may activate as soon as it is installed on your device, or only once it first connects to a supported network at your destination. Always check the installation instructions provided with your purchase, and do not assume every eSIM activates instantly. Where package-specific activation details are not yet shown on a product page, treat the general guidance above as controlling until clarified by support.

G. Installation windows

Many eSIM products must be installed within a limited window after purchase, and on some packages installing an eSIM starts its activation and validity period. Follow the package-specific activation and installation instructions provided with your purchase rather than installing as soon as you receive it by default. Where installation itself triggers activation, install only when you are ready to start using your data allowance. You must still install before any installation deadline stated in your product or installation instructions. If the timing that applies to your package is not clear from the information provided and it matters for your trip, contact eSiMAZE support at support@esimaze.com before you install.

H. Roaming, APN, and setup

Some products require Data Roaming to be enabled on your device, manual Access Point Name (APN) configuration, or other package-specific setup steps, and may require you to enter a confirmation or setup code during installation. You must follow the installation instructions provided with your purchase for the eSIM to work correctly.

I. Unlimited plans and fair use

"Unlimited" data plans are not necessarily unrestricted at full speed for the entire validity period. Unlimited products may apply a daily high-speed data threshold, speed throttling after that threshold is reached, other fair-use requirements, or network management measures. The specific limits that apply are controlled by the product/package you purchase, and may vary between products.

J. Acceptable use

You must not use eSiMAZE products or the platform to:

• engage in unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activity;
• resell or redistribute eSIMs or data allowances unless expressly authorised by us in writing;
• operate SIM farms or similar bulk-device operations;
• send bulk or automated messaging through the connectivity provided;
• run automated or machine-to-machine traffic that abuses the service;
• host servers or otherwise generate sustained, abnormal network consumption inconsistent with normal travel use;
• interfere with the security of the platform, our network partners, or payment systems; or
• attempt to bypass network-management or fair-use controls.

K. Payments

• New storefront purchases on eSiMAZE are priced and charged in USD.
• Payment is processed through our configured payment processor.
• You are responsible for providing accurate email and billing details for checkout.
• A successful payment does not guarantee that eSIM provisioning will always succeed. Where payment succeeds but we are unable to fulfil your purchase, we will resolve the case under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

L. Refunds

Refund and cancellation eligibility is set out in full in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

M. Support

For refund requests, technical issues, or any other support relating to a purchase made through eSiMAZE, contact us directly at support@esimaze.com or through our WhatsApp and in-app support channels.

N. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, and nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer. Subject to that, to the extent permitted by law, eSiMAZE is not responsible for losses caused solely by an unsupported or locked device, incorrect device or account configuration, mobile network conditions outside our reasonable control, misuse of the service, or failure to follow the installation instructions provided with your purchase.

O. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under the law of your country of residence; nothing in this section limits those protections.

P. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes apply prospectively, from the date they are published, and do not retroactively alter the rights and obligations attached to a purchase you already completed.
