How do I install an eSiMAZE eSIM via a QR Code on my Samsung Galaxy device?

Quick answer

Go to Settings > Connections > SIM manager > Add eSIM and choose Scan QR code, then point the camera at the QR code from your order. Display the code on another screen, since the phone needs its own camera to read it.

Steps

1. Open your eSIM QR code on a laptop, tablet, or printout.
2. On the Galaxy, connect to Wi-Fi and open Settings > Connections > SIM manager.
3. Tap Add eSIM, then Scan QR code.
4. Frame the code until the phone recognises it and begins downloading the profile.
5. Confirm, name the line, and set it as the mobile data SIM.

If the scan does not work

• Raise the brightness on the screen showing the code and reduce glare.
• Make the code larger. Codes shown small on a phone screen often cannot be read.
• Hold steady at roughly 15-20 cm and let the camera focus.
• Switch to manual entry using the same order details.

Important

The QR code works once, on one device. If you have already installed this eSIM, a repeat scan will be rejected.
