How does eSiMAZE use my location?

Quick answer

eSiMAZE does not request access to your device's location, and our website does not use GPS. You choose your destination yourself when you pick a package, and nothing on the site depends on knowing where you physically are.

What we do process

• Technical request information such as your IP address, handled by our hosting and security providers to operate the site and to detect fraud and abuse.
• The destination you selected, because it determines which package you bought.
• Your order and account records, as described in our privacy policy.

What we do not do

• We do not track your movements while you travel.
• We do not read the location of the device the eSIM is installed on.
• Prices are the same in US dollars regardless of where you browse from.

Good to know

Your mobile network necessarily knows which cell tower your phone is attached to, as it does with any SIM. That is a function of mobile networks generally, not something eSiMAZE collects or receives.
