What are renewals and how do they work?

Quick answer

eSiMAZE packages do not renew automatically. Each purchase is a one-off prepaid package, and nothing recurring is set up. When a package ends, it simply stops - you are not charged again unless you deliberately buy something else.

What happens when a package ends

• The line stops carrying data once the validity period expires or the allowance is used up.
• The profile stays installed on your phone but has nothing left to use.
• No replacement is bought on your behalf, and no card is charged.

How to continue using data

• Add data to the same eSIM if a top-up is offered. See how can I top up an eSIM.
• Otherwise buy a new package at /esim-store and install the new eSIM.

Important

Because nothing renews, plan ahead if you need uninterrupted data. If you are ever billed for something you did not knowingly buy, contact us straight away with the date and amount.
