Troubleshooting
Why can't I find my eSIM after installing it?

Quick answer
An installed eSIM lives in your device's own cellular settings, not on the eSiMAZE website. Check the list of SIMs or cellular plans on the phone you installed to - the line is often there but switched off or carrying an unfamiliar default name.
Where to look
- iPhone and iPad: Settings > Cellular (or Mobile Data). Every installed plan is listed, including turned-off ones.
- Samsung Galaxy: Settings > Connections > SIM manager.
- Google Pixel: Settings > Network & internet > SIMs.
What to check
- The line may be present but turned off. Switch it on.
- It may carry a default operator name rather than anything recognisable. Rename it - see how do I change my eSIM label.
- Confirm you are looking at the device you actually installed to. An eSIM installs to one device only.
- If installation never completed, the line will not exist at all. See why am I seeing the Unable to Activate eSIM error.
Important
Your eSiMAZE dashboard at /app/esims shows what you purchased and its installation details. It does not read what is installed on your phone, so an eSIM shown there is not proof the profile reached the device.
